MEET THE CHEF
Next To Eat is a premier food experience! Founded in 2006 by New Orleans very own Executive Chef Gary Netter. His food captures the glories of different cultures/cuisines by paying tribute to the history and ethnicity of other countries through the incorporation of music, art, food, and fun.
With over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Chef Gary had the privileged of working side by side with chefs like: Paul Prudhomme, John Folse, Emeril Lagasse, Charlie Trotter, Norman Van Akin, and Dickie Brennan, just to name a few. This allowed him to pay close attention to detail, as well as strive for excellence! This experience has also allowed him the honor to cook for two presidents of the United States, multiple celebrities, major festivals, Food Network, NFL/NBA players and many more. Next To Eat is locally grown and widely known. Our concept also specializes in all dietary restrictions from: Paleo, Alkaline, Gluten free, and Vegan meals for cancer, crohns's, diabetics, gout, celiac, recovery & wellness. All meals are created by the chef himself, along with his knowledgeable diverse team.
