Sous Chef & Baker or Creative cook
We're looking for a Sous chef & a Baker to provide a quality product that is timely, fresh and meets quantity needs of our restaurants, food trucks/street food, catering/banquets, food production and festivals. To work directly with the Executive Chef to maintain and improve the culinary operation. Needs to be hardworking, knowledgeable and experienced in handling kitchen staff as well as cooking.
Objective:
To participate in your growth and success, and success of the business by providing ideas, suggestions, exercising creative talents, and maintaining an interest in and respect for yourself, co-workers, and the food.
To accomplish the above by contributing to a team environment, including positive communication and interaction with other cooks, managers, and employees.

Qualifications/Responsibilities
- Be self starters, self sufficient
- Dedicated to providing excellent meals with guests and colleagues.
- Experience working in a high volume environment and the stamina for it.
- Ability to multi task, lead, educate and train team
- Knowledge of food and kitchen safety
- Must have good knife skills, display consistency and manage staff in technique.
- Must be organized and capable of writing menus, recipe development and some paperwork including schedules
- Follow directions and address issues immediately!
- Work with a sense of urgency!
- Maintain quality product and proper holding and rotation.
- Must be able to lead by example and have a sense of pride in your work!!!
- Maintain a high level of personal cleanliness on the job.
- Comes to work on time, in the proper uniform and maintains a fun but professional attitude and appearance at all times.
